CANCELLATION & DATE CHANGE
- During 16 April – 31 october :
- 14 Days before travel date : no charge
- 04 – 07 Days before travel date : 35% cancellation fee
- 03 Days or less before travel date : 100% cancellation fee
- During 1 November – 23 December & 11 January – 15 April :
- 21 Days before travel date : no charge
- 15 – 20 Days before travel date : 50% Cancellation fee
- 14 Days or less before travel date : 100% cancellation fee
- During 24 December – 10 January :
- 31 Days before travel date : no charge
- 30 Days or less before travel date : 100% cancellation

- Date Change fees don’t include any fare change in the components on the new date. Fare difference as applicable will be charged separately.
- Date Change will depend on the availability of the components on the new requested date.
- Cancellation charges shown is exclusive of all taxes and taxes will be added as per applicable.
Important Information
- Visa Approval is at the discretion of Consulate.

- To travel to any international destination, your passport must have a minimum validity of 06 months from your planned date of return.
- Do check your flight status/schedule 24 hours before the scheduled flight departure, since airline schedules are subject to change without notice.
- After arriving at the airport, the guest would be required to go through the Immigration process and then head towards the Baggage Claim Area. Thereafter, the guest would proceed towards Arrival Gate-16 for domestic passengers or Gate 15 for international passengers; A driver with placard shall meet you at this exit
- Please ensure that you meet the airport representative within 70 minutes of the flight landing, as the driver has standard instructions to leave at a specified time. There could be a delay in your airport pick-up or transfer due to unforeseen circumstances as traffic, car breakdown, etc.
- Standard check-in time is 3 pm. If you wish to book an early check-in or a late check-out, you would be required to get in touch with the agent before your departure, as it is subject to availability. A security deposit needs to be paid at all hotels at the time of check-in. The deposit varies from 1000 THB to 2500 THB depending on the category of the hotel
- It is recommended to carry a minimum of 5000 THB in local currency
- Most Islands in Thailand have a national park fee which is 400 THB per adult & 200 THB per child. This fee needs to be paid in cash on ground only
- There is an additional entrance fee of 20 THB on Phi Phi/James bond and other Islands which also needs to be paid on ground.
Terms and Conditions
- Please note that VISA cost is not included in the package as VISA is on arrival (free for entry till 11-Nov-2024 and chargeable at THB 2200 per person post that).
- Please expect to receive your vouchers 72 hours before your departure date (subject to full payment of your package cost)
- Please note that these packages are customizable, which means that you will be able to make changes to the itinerary/activity if you so desire. The final payment will be calculated as per the activities reflecting on the website which will be outlined in the confirmatory e-mail sent to you.
- Personal expenses such as laundry, telephone calls, room service, alcoholic beverages, mini bar etc., are not included.
- In case your package needs to be cancelled due to any natural calamity, weather conditions etc. SC Leisure Thailand shall strive to give you the maximum possible refund subject to the agreement made with our trade partners/vendors.
- If payment is not made as per the schedule provided in the first booking confirmation e-mail, SC Leisure Thailand reserves the right to cancel the booking after attempting to get in touch with you. Refunds would be as per the package cancellation policy.
- The passenger names in the booking form should be exactly as per passports. The Agent will not bear any liability for the name change fee, if incorrect names and ages have been added at the time of booking.
- Standard check-in time at the hotel is normally 2:00 pm and check-out is 11:00 am. An early check-in, or a late check-out is solely based on the discretion of the hotel.
- In case the selected hotel is unavailable for booking, an alternate arrangement will be offered to the customer in another hotel of a similar category.
- Certain hotels abroad may ask for a security deposit during check-in, which is refundable at check-out subject to the hotels policy
- Please note that Day at Leisure essentially implies that no sightseeing activities have been included for that day
- Kindly be on time for your activities, tours and transfers. Most countries are quite strict about following a schedule
- The package price does not include special dinner or mandatory charges at time levied by the hotels especially during New Year and Christmas or any special occasions. SC Leisure shall try to communicate the same while booking the package. However we may not have this information readily available all the time.

- SCL reserves the right to modify the itinerary at any point, due to reasons including but not limited to: Force Majeure events, strikes, fairs, festivals, weather conditions, traffic problems, overbooking of hotels / flights, cancellation re – scheduling / re-routing of flights, closure of /entry restrictions at a place of visit, etc. While we will do our best to make suitable alternate arrangements, we would not be held liable for any refunds/compensation claims arising out of this.
- For any paid activity which is non-operational due to any unforeseen reason, we will process refund & same should reach the guest within 30 days of processing the refund. Also, for any activity which is complimentary and not charged to guest, no refund will be processed.
